Inspired by the original Danner Light, introduced in 1979, this version of the classic boot takes its name from a scenic spot on the lower Deschutes River. A suede upper nods to the desert landscape, and a GORE-TEX liner keeps feet dry on stream crossings and rainy-day hikes. A Vibram® Kletterlift outsole provides stable traction on wet or dry surfaces. We're proud that the Danner Light is still built by hand in our Portland, Oregon, factory.
